Pricing FAQ

Shop1 has three stages, $99 to $899 per month per location. What separates them is how many users you need and how much of the business you run in Shop1. There are no per-transaction fees and no setup fees. Text Messaging is included. You pay only for the messages you send.

Yes, 90 days, no credit card. You get full access during the trial. If Shop1 is not the right fit you will know before paying us a dollar.

No. Shop1 is month-to-month after your free trial. Cancel any time and export your data on the way out.

No. Each stage includes a number of users and you add them at no extra cost up to that number. Stage 3 has no user limit. If you outgrow a stage you move up, and we will tell you rather than charging you quietly.

Yes, in either direction, and the change is prorated. Most shops start at the stage that matches what they do today rather than what they hope to do.

Shop1 bills on the 5th of each month for that month, after your 90-day trial ends. You will receive an invoice by email.
